Egg's the way I like it - Scrambled Eggs

You'll need..
-3 eggs
-Milk
-Butter
-Garlic
-Pepper
-Parmesan
*Optional-Garlic powder and Oregano shredded spring onions

I love my scramble eggs a little Creamy, Fluffy and Runny :)
To do this you'll need to put milk into your beaten eggs,
how ever much you want depending on how creamy you like it.
The More bubbles in your bowl of eggs,
The more Fluffy!
And how long you have it in your pan,
The less or more Runny.

Place your slice of butter in to the center of your pan, Slide it back and forth,
use your spatula to spread it evenly over your pan for that even salty taste.

Pour your egg mixture over medium heat, and rake your mixture back and forth slowly,
you should begin to see layers of egg cook.

Stop a little earlier according to how runny you want it to be and slide it on to your plate,
the eggs will continue to cook on your plate, and cool at the same time.

while it cools you can dress it with the remaining ingredients, or pretty much whatever you want,
but i like..
Pepper (Black& White)
Garlic powder
and Parmesan in replace of salt, for color texture and flavor :D
you could go a little extra and add shredded spring onions for color,
I didn't have any today so i used oregano instead.

Delicious Ugly Orange

anybody that knows me personally know that i absolutely love oranges.
The color and the fruit.

I picked a couple of these up from the local Whole foods market, I call it the delicious ugly orange,
I think it's a cross between a naval orange, the one you use to make juices because they contain no seeds.and Valencia oranges or what i know as a mandarin orange.

Puncture your thumb into the bottom of this fruit and peel its fibrous skin, it practically falls of.. if you you don't enjoy eating the fibrous white parts peeling it is rather therapeutic
the taste of this orange is just incredible, sweet and juicy i bet you'll gobble it up in a matter of seconds.

that's what i did while blogging this post!

Introduction

Hi everyone!
Thanks to some of my friends, I've finally decided to share and consolidate all my food thoughts into a blog!

people always wanted to know what i put in my food, and how i cook it.
along with the interesting and delicious food stalls i find.
I have all of these information jumbled up in my head, some scattered around the house and over the internet that when some one ask me for the recipes/ location, I never come around to it.

so by consolidating  into this blog, I'll share everything i know about food from how I cut a garlic, to my favorite food spots and recipes.

*Note* I do this for fun, I'm not a train chef/cook,
I just try and find ways to make things
easier and faster to cook my food while keeping it delicious.
:)

Now you must wonder, why i would take so much interest in food ?
I'm currently a student at the academy of art university studying animation, in San Francisco and it pretty much has nothing to do with it asides the fact that i look at food as art too.

I personally thing that my interests come from, a tiny island called Singapore, where i lived most of my life.  Asides missing friends and family, food is probably the other thing i miss.It is undeniably the best in the Universe. You've got to go there to truly understand what i mean. And since I've come over to the United states to study, I've been longing to replicate, if not try and satisfy my taste buds for the delicious food that I so miss. Living in Singapore, we also had a tradition i picked up in Tertiary school ,Bored of eating canteen food, we ended up venturing out to places to taste and find good food.I'm sure the food hunting tradition that i used to do with my friends has followed me.

I hope that the people who follow or read this blog,
will enjoy cooking the food I love cooking so much,
and i hope we can also share some secrets along the way too!
